Instructions: Take a few moments to consider a goal that you are pursuing and record it below. Be as specific as possible – provide a description AND a timeframe/specific date. Then for each statement below, select the rating that best describes your thoughts and feelings about this goal. In response to the questions, there will be a temptation to portray yourself in an overly favourable manner. Please resist this temptation and answer each question as honestly as possible.
